I stayed at 216.8 J I'm really happy. All of my clothing fits better except some of it is now on the big side. Yesterday was biceps and core along with cardio. My lower abs really ache. I think this is really good, those are the abs I want to see smaller right now. Really, I'd love to see everything smaller right now, the lower abs consist of some of my more noticeable belly fat.
Just ate 1/2 a milky way with a coworker (my cheat) soooo wonderful.
