216.8 today -- I'm thrilled. I'm also expecting it to pop back up a little tomorrow. That's down a little over 3 pounds all at one time. As nice as it would be for it to stay there I'm not overly optimistic. Fruit for breakfast, yogurt for lunch, pasta and chicken for dinner. Snacks were a peanut butter and bread sandwich and fruit. Went to the gym today -- it was great. I feel really good and, let's be honest, I hurt!
