Oww… so a word to the wise, never combine 2 hours of Jiu Jitsu with 30 minutes with a personal trainer. The result is painful. However, my scale liked it
J Back down to 214, going back up to 215 is NOT an option. Actually, the gym combined with Jiu Jitsu was useful, by leaving my school project and coming back to it, I finally managed to figure out how to make Amazon Associates work on a webpage. Not terribly complicated but slightly annoying. I did not eat enough yesterday and woke up with a horrible sore throat. I’m not sure if the two are related, I really hope they aren’t. I’ve been spraying Chloraseptic into my mouth to numb it – anyone know of any other good products? I’m also forcing down orange juice for the added vitamins.
Tip from Sean: Interval training. Apparently I’m not doing enough of it. He wants me to walk on the treadmill for 2 minutes and run as fast as I can for a whole minute. He says this should up the fat burning in my workouts.
Here is a book on interval training with decent reviews from amazon, I haven't had a chance to look at it yet. Anyone else know any good interval training books?
